Rest & Restore

Mini Retreat

Welcome the season with Stillness. As we enter the solstice and Holy Days season, life often asks us to do more, move faster, and stretch thinner. But nature, and your body, whisper a different message: slow down, soften, rest, restore. 

I invite you to join me for a 2 hour, virtual mini retreat. This donation based retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath and your inner rhythm before the holiday rush.

Together we will move gently through:

Calming breathwork and grounding practice

A slow, supported and nurturing restorative yoga practice (no experience necessary)

Quiet journaling and reflection time

A soothing guided meditation to restore peace and presence

11:00 am- 1:00pm ET

Virtually through Zoom

Registration is required for this event.​

 

This retreat is being offered as a Donation based contribution. Suggested donation is $20-40, give what feels right for you.

If finances are a barrier, please know you are still warmly welcome- your energy in the circle is contribution enough.

What to have ready:

​​

  • a quiet space where you won't be disturbed

  • yoga mat or comfortable chair

  • 2 firm pillows or a yoga bolster

  • 1-2 firm blankets or large towels

  • a soft cozy blanket or shawl

  • water and/or hot tea

  • pen, notebook/paper

  • an open heart and a willingness to be present
